As a church, we have the opportunity to meet some basic needs in our communities.

Due to the recommendation of the Governor to suspend large gatherings to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in North Carolina, many of our schools are closed. This presents a very big need and we need your help as many of our students rely on free or reduced lunches. Will you join us in making sure our students have meals for the coming weeks ahead? We have provided a list of meal suggestions for purchase through Amazon using this

This option will allow you to shop from home and have items delivered to The Cove’s Central Office for distribution to our campuses. We have provided a list as a guide below.

We will also continue to collect food and other items for families in need using the suggested list below. For anyone in need of food, a pre-packaged bag will be availlable for pick up during the times liseted below. You may use the same Amazon link for purchases.

Needs: Peanut Butter & Jelly, Canned foods (pop-top lids), Pretzels Packs, Olive or Canola Oil, Feminine Hygiene Products, Low sugar, whole grain cereals, Fruit Cups, Canned fruit in its own juice or water, Healthy snacks (granola bars, nuts, dried fruits), Granola Bars, Cheese or Peanut Butter Crackers, Pancake Mix & Syrup • Muffin Mix, Cheese Sticks, Fresh Apples, Wipes, Applesauce Cups, Household Paper Products, Baby Diapers, Canned tuna, chicken, or salmon, Mac-N-Cheese (microwavable), Low sodium canned vegetables, Assorted Chips, Pasta, Spaghetti Sauce, Bread, Shampoo & Conditioner, Canned meals (soup, stew, chili), Breakfast Items (non-perishable), Lunch Items (pop tops and self serve for kids), Dinner Foods (non-perishable)
